May is a very busy month for our family…. Mother’s Day, Parents’ anniversary, Hannah’s birthday, our anniversary, and Levi’s birthday. Needless to say, the month of May seems to just fly by, which reminds us how short life really is.
When we were kids, time seemed to be at a stand still but not anymore. There’s just not enough time in a day now to get done everything that needs to be done. Unfortunately, this causes us to put things off that we reason with ourselves ‘this isn’t that important so it can wait’. Workouts are one of those daily activities that is so easy to put off for “more important things”.
We have come to realize that putting off our workouts actually makes us less productive, because we may feel a little lethargic without much energy. However, when we do work out it really spikes our energy levels, which in-turn helps us to get more done in a day and be more productive.
Having the ROM Machine to workout on now really helps us to not put off our workouts. Really… who can’t fit in 4 minutes a day? Be more productive, get that daily workout in! You’ll be better for it.
